Mrs. Lorinda Blakeman, relict of the late Perry Blakeman, died March 22nd, in the 74th year of her age. Her husband died four years ago this spring, since then she has made her home with her children, and at the time of her death was living with her youngest daughter, Mrs. F.W. Lange, in this place. She has been sick more or less for a long time, but of late has been constantly under medical treatment, besides her children have ministered to her daily wants by doing everything possible to lighten the burden and make her last days with them as comfortable as possible. She leaves two sons and six daughters, who will miss a mother's love and a mother s love. Burial at Jacksonville Cemetery.
