HONEA PATH - Mrs Annie Cooley Lusk, 83, widow of John Robert Lusk, died at 7:15 am Tuesday at an Anderson hospital after three days of illness.

She was a native of Greenville County, a daughter of the late Henry and Ida Cooley She attended the Pentecostal Holiness Church.

Surviving are three sons, Clarence Lusk of Honea Path, Riley Lusk of Pelzer and Gene Lusk of Belton; four daughters, Mrs Sudie Dukes, Mrs Marvin (Margret) Bowie, Mrs Clyde (Clara) Dukes and Mrs Alton (Kathleen) Smith of Honea Path; three brothers, Henry and Newton Cooley of Pelzer and Paul Cooley of Greenville; a sister, Mrs Pearl Reese of Williamston; 26 grandchildren, 44 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.

Funeral services will be conducted at 3 pm Thursday at Honea Path Pentecostal Holiness Church by the Rev Paul Taylor, the Rev Louis Coward and the Rev J C Dyar. Burial will be in the Garden of Memories.

Pallbearers will be grandsons.

The body will be at the home of a daughter, Mrs Bowie, after 10 am Wednesday. Pruitt Funeral Home is in charge.
