He was a member of Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church. He worked as a sound engineer with Alec Baldwin for LTV in the Hamptons, N.Y. Jason enjoyed writing and playing music.
He was preceded in death by an infant brother, Jonathan Birk Fowler.
Survivors include his wife, Kelly Anne Fowler; one daughter, Paris Anne Fowler of Henderson; his mother and stepfather, Virginia Lee and Robert Freibrun of Henderson; his father and stepmother, Robert W. and Jacqueline Fowler of Henderson; his grandparents, Marge and Wayne Fowler of Henderson; one sister, Jean Decker of Evansville; one brother, Brian Fowler of Henderson; nieces and nephews, Matthew Decker, Joshua, Henry and Zoey Fowler.
Services will be at noon today at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church. Father J. Edward Bradley will officiate. Burial will be in St. Louis Cemetery.
Rudy-Rowland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
The family requests that any flowers sent be flowering shrubs or plants which will be used by Jason's family in a memory garden. The flowers should be sent to the Freibrun's residence.
Pallbearers will be Brian Fowler, Robert Freibrun, J.T. Stone, Matthew Decker, Charles Bollier and Billy Wells.
