Elizabeth "Beth" Pifer, 92, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away December 11, 2012.
Mrs. Pifer was an avid dog lover; she was a breeder for years and was known all over the United States for her bright red poodles.
Elizabeth is preceded in death by her husband William B. Pifer. She is survived by her children, Arthur (Beverly) Grosstephen, Mary (Mitch) Schlinkler, James (Margie) Pifer, Kenneth (Debbie) Pifer, Barry (Sara) Pifer; 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren; siblings; Ruth (Guy) Claypool, Alvada (Oris) Rexroat, and Adrian Crew.
Services honoring the life of Mrs. Pifer will be held at 2pm Thursday December 13, 2012, Visitation will be from 12 noon till the time of service at 2pm, with Burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Memorial Donation in honor of Mrs. Pifer can be made out to Humane Society.
