Survivors include her parents, Murrell and Mary Bowers Nidiffer, Elizabethton; a sister, Teresa Vermillion, Naples, Fla.; a brother, Odell Bowers, Elizabethton; and a niece, Heather Vermillion, Naples, Fla.
BOWERS -- Funeral services for Miss Sharon M. Bowers, 45, of Life Care Center of Elizabethton, and formerly of 392 Blue Springs Road, Elizabethton, who died Thursday, April 26, 2001, will be conducted at 8 p.m. Saturday, April 27, in the Chapel of Peace, Tetrick Funeral Home, with the Rev. Burl Garland and the Rev. Eric Eggers officiating. Graveside services and interment will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 29, in the Caldwell Springs Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Bob Woods, Bob Rouse, Willard Bowers, Wes Grindstaff, Steve Markland, Bob Campbell and Cecil Huff.
