Jane was born in Schenectady, New York, a daughter of the late Felicia (Roman) and Felix Biernacki, and was employed by Seth Thomas and The Torrington Company.
She is survived by a sister, Shirley Murack; sister-in-law Elaine Biernacki; nieces Margaret Richard and her son and family, Stephen, Ellen, Katherine and Susanna Richard and Jane Murack and her sons Peter Dallas and fiance Katherine Martucci, Tyler Dallas and girlfriend Hannah Wahlstrom; Elaine and Anne Birenacki, and nephew Tim Biernacki and family
