Mrs. Caroline Bollmann, wife of Henry F. Bollmann, died Monday morning, aged 39 years, 2 months and 7 days.
She was born in Pin Oak township, being a daughter of the late Ernst Kriege, November 11, 1852. She married Henry F. Bollmann Feb. 2, 1871. She was the mother of nine children. Her husband and eight children, the oldest 19 years and the youngest ten days, survive.
The funeral took place yesterday. The services were held at the German M.E. church, Rev. John Schlagenbauf officiating. The remains were interred in Woodlawn cemetery. The pall bearers were: Wm. Giese, Henry P. Stulken, William Stulken, M. Dieken, Wm. Schaake, and Ernst Englemann.
