Sarah and Jacob apparently moved to the Santa Cruz, California area in the 1880's to be near their daughters, Agnes and Sarah Catherine and their families. Sarah and Jacob remained in California for the rest of their lives and were buried in the Santa Cruz Memorial Park Cemetery.
According to the Dubbs family records, Sarah was the daughter of John Regan & Margaret (Baer) Regan. The family had photos of the Regan's but not much is known about them concerning where they hailed from or where they're buried.
