Grandville W.H. Lee, 82, 614 Union street, died about 9 p.m. Thursday at the Bartholomew county hospital, where he had been a patient since Feb. 20. He had been an automotive mechanic and a farmer.

Born Jan. 29, 1882, in Nolin, Ky., the son of George W. and Annie Morrison Lee. Mr. Lee was a 1901 graduate of Columbus high school and a member of the First Christian church. Surviving are a sister, Miss Mable Lee, who made her home with him. A sister, Susan Jane, preceded him in death.

The funeral will be at 3:15 p.m. Saturday at the Barkes and Inlow funeral home with burial at the Garland Brook cemetery. The Rev. Richard Yeaton, assistant pastor of the First Christian church, will read the rites. Persons may call at the funeral home after 4 o'clock today.
