Death of an Infant.
Irene, the 5-months-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Brennan, of West Main street, died this morning at 6:30 of meningitis of the brain. The little one had been ill for some time and its condition had been very serious for several days, and her death was expected. In the death of their infant daughter Mr. and Mrs. Brennan have the sympathy of a host of friends. Mr. Brennan is proprietor of the Hotel Shawnee and another one of his children is quite ill. The funeral will be held Saturday afternoon at 3 o'clock with interment St. Vincent's cemetery.
