MULLINS - Ivy Lamar Bryan, 78, of Mullins passed away peacefully at McLeod Hospice House in Florence with his family by his side. He was born in Horry County, a son of the late Benjamin B. and Nova Ruth Bellamy Bryan.
Mr. Bryan was predeceased in addition to his parents, by a son, Lamar Benjamin Bryan, and his brothers, J.L., Beaty, Odell, Rester, Ralph, Carl, and Harold Bryan.
He is survived by his wife, Rosa Blackwell Bryan; a brother, Wilson C. (Marcie) Bryan of Sanford, Florida; a sister, Ruth Bryan Jones of Charleston, S.C., and many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, August 15, 2014 at Red Hill Memorial Gardens in Mullins.
