Funeral services for Lee Roy Arnold, 75, of Weesatche were held at 3 p.m. Monday, November 21, in Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Goliad. The Rev. Gregory Deane officiated and burial followed in Holy Cross Cemetery.

Mr. Arnold died in a Cuero hospital on Saturday, November 19. He was born in Goliad County on October 28, 1902, a son of Joe and Rosina Dentler Arnold and was a life long resident.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Helen Wolf Arnold of Weesatche; one daughter, Mrs. Howard Davis of Ruston, La.; three sisters, Mrs. Lillie Meyer and Mrs. Lucille Meyer of Weesatche and Mrs. Oney Bitterly of Meyersville and one grandchild.

Pallbearers were Ralph Emmond, Joe George, W.W. Chapman, Edwin Lude, C.B. Urban and W.A. Chance.
