They were: Jonathan Flavel Abbott was born on 03 November 1848; Sybil Eliza Abbott was born on 25 February 1851; Ellen Mehitable Abbott was born on 12 June 1855; Elizabeth R. Abbott was born in 1857; Stephen Spurgeon Abbott was born on 17 February 1859; Joshua Gayton Abbott was born on 02 February 1864; and Curtis Eames Abbott was born on 19 June 1866. All the children were born in Bethel, Oxford County, Maine.
