He was a member of Loudendale Church of the Nazarene and was a former mechanic for Brogans Auto. He honorably served his country in the U.S. Army.
Mr. Williams is survived by his sons, Dustin Travis and Ernest Wayne Williams, both of Charleston; mother, Agnes M. Williams of Charleston; brothers, Paul E. Williams of Concord, N.C., Larry C. Williams of Goodview, Va., Daniel E. Williams of Blacksburg, Va., and Randy L. Williams of Pulaski, Va.; sister, Cindy L. Schoettker of Charleston; and three grandchildren.
