Billy Clyde Barton, age 52, of Church Hill, TN, went home to be to be with the Lord, Thursday, December 6, 2012. He worked at Kingsport Press. He will be greatly missed.
He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Clyde [Wesley] Barton and [Patricia] June Salyer.
He is survived by sons, Bradley Barton and Brettney Barton; mother of his children, Lisa Barton; step-mother, Georgia Barton; sisters, Sharon Pridemore of Kingsport, Theresea Bowen, Loretta Church, Julie Bradley, Sissie Carr and Karen Eaton; brothers, Johnny Barton, Michael Barton, Jimmy Byington and Bob Eaton; and several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to offer a special thanks to neighbors, Fred and Georgia. The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 9, 2012, from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm at Christian-Sells Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow with Rev. Greg Fletcher officiating.
Interment will follow in McPeek Cemetery.
