Born April 16, 1923, in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late Harry E. and Bess Barr Hartle.
Her husband, C. William "Bill" Winebrenner, died March 7, 1994. They were married Dec. 22, 1956.
She was a 1940 graduate of Hagerstown High School.
She and her late husband owned and operated Winebrenner's Motors in Cascade.
She was a member of St. Stephen's United Church of Christ, Cascade.
She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star of Hagerstown.
She is survived by two stepdaughters, Joan Knott of Cascade, and Mary Lou Royer of West Palm Beach, Fla.; four step grandchildren; five step great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by three sisters, Helen Zito, Josephine Kendall and Mazie Giuliani; and two brothers, Clinton Hartle and Harry E. Hartle Jr.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family. The Rev. Patrick J. Clady will officiate. Burial will be in Bethel Church Cemetery, Cascade.
There will be no public viewing.
The family requests the omission of flowers. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Kidney Fund, 6110 Executive Blvd., Suite 1010, Rockville, MD 20852; or Germantown Church of God, 16924 Raven Rock Road, Cascade, MD 21719.
