Mrs. Lillie M. Cornelius, 82, of Saxton R.D. 1 died Monday, October 7, 1968 at 1:45 p.m. in Altoona General Hospital, where she was admitted earlier in the day.

She was born September 10, 1886, in Huntingdon County, the daughter of Lawrence S. and Phoebe A. (Hershey) Rabenstine. She was married to W. Rufus Cornelius who died September 24, 1955.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Catherine Price, Everett R.D. 3 and seven sisters: Mrs. Etta McGhee, Coalmont; Mrs. Laura Poole, Hollidaysburg; Mrs. Mary Swope, Woodland; Mrs. Elizabeth Ruby, Coalmont; Mrs. Pearl Ward, Everett; Mrs. Martha Smith, Coalmont; and Mrs. Carrie Kline, Woodland; one granddaughter and three great-grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services were held today, October 9, in Everett and interment was made in the IOOF Cemetery, Broad Top.
