Ole T. Haugen, 80 Of Rushford Dies
Bnshford, Minn.—(Special)— Ole T. Haugen, 80, died at the St Francis hospital in La Crosse Wednesday noon. Funeral services will be held at 2 p. m. Saturday at the Rushford Lutheran church here, the Rev. N. L. Otterstad will officiate. Burial will be in the Rushford Lutheran church cemetery. He is survived by four brothers, Tom and Walter, both of Winona; George and Elmer, both of La Crosse; five sisters, Mrs. Elmer (Olga) Swenningson, Winona; Mrs. Henry (Mabel) Moran,* Portland, Ore.; Mrs. James (Gena) Moran; Mrs. Henry (Clarice) TudaW and Mrs. Lawrence (Evelyn) Hellerud, all of Rushford; 34 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Mr. Haugen was the son of Mr. and Mrs. __ rkel Haugen and was bom in Norway February 12, 1869. He married Carrie Staaland there In 1890 and came to the Rushford area in 1893.
