Judy was born on June 9th, 1940 to Raleigh and Jane (Greene) Austin in Rugby, North Dakota. She was a graduate of Rugby High School, class of 1959. For the most part of her life, she worked as a Nurse's Assistant at several hospital, including the Heart of America Medical Center in Rugby. He greatest joy was raising her seven children, always being a proud and loving mother. They were her life's accomplishment. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Survivors include her children, Dennis (Gloria) Morkert of Sterling, Colorado; Deborah Morkert of Clinton, Massachusetts; Diane (David) Lowe of Pasadena, Maryland; Deanna Palmer of Sugar City, Idaho; Darrek Morkert of Nampa, Idaho, Diana Antwi-Ayim of Marlboro, Massachusetts; and Donna Taylor of Pendleton, Oregon; 11 grandchildren; 3 sisters, Shirley Austin of Vacaville, California; Susan (Glenn) Soby or Anchorage, Alaska; and Marjorie Austin of Rugby; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Dennis Austin; and her parents.
A memorial service will be held in the Spring of 2013 at Persilla Watts Cemetery, Rugby.
