Joe was born in Oklahoma. When he was a small boy his dad moved the family to Washington. Joe graduated from Richland High in 1950. He then went into the Army Air Corp for four years.
Joe leaves behind his companion of 23 years. He also leaves his four children and his many grandkids. He has two brothers and four sisters. We can't forget Homer his little dog of seven years, she misses him.
Joe will be missed very much.
He always said no flowers, but if anyone wants to they can make a donation to the Tri-City Union Gospel Mission in his name.
A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 8, 2012 at 2:00pm at Einan's Funeral Home in Richland, WA.
