HARPER-MORRIS MEMORIAL CHAPEL
GOLSON
Etta K. Golson, 82, of 3202 E. Avery St., died Wednesday afternoon at a local hospital.
Mrs. Golson was a native and lifelong resident of Pensacola and was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church.
Survivors include her husband, Wyatte Golson, Sr., of Pensacola; three sons, Wyatte (Bub) Golson Jr., Bennie Golson and Jay Golson, all of Pensacola; three daughters, Mary Mitchell, Eva Mitchell and Peggy Peeterse, all of Pensacola; a sister, Anita Kelson of Pensacola; a sister-in-law, Jo Quina Flores of Pensacola; 25 grandchildren and 40 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 9:30 a.m. Saturday in the St. Paul Catholic Church with the Father John T. Cassidy saying mass.
The rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Friday in the Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel.
Friends may call after 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Burial will be at the St. Michaels Cemetery with Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel directing.
Active pallbearers will be Alfred Jackson, Joe Vanetti, Mike Flores, Johnny Cascone, Bobby Bell, and Frank Lockwood.
Honorary pallbearers will be Walter Lagergren, Pee Wee Flores, Kenneth Kelson, Johnny Stoll, Herbert Lockwood, and Leo Bell.
