CLAYTON, Ga. - Charles Milton English, 70, of Route 2, husband of Edith Thompson English, died Saturday.
Born in Rabun County, he was a son of the late Henry W. and Fannie Nichols English. He was a retired farmer and machinist, a member of the Farm Bureau and of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are widow, of the home; daughters, Mrs. Lois Murphy of Seattle, Wash.; Mrs. Lucille Taylor of Titusville, Fla.; brother, Melvin English of Clayton; sisters, Mrs. Lessie Rogers and Mrs. Dessie Mae Park of Clayton; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
