Services for Crystal Faye Cunningham were at 2 pm Nov. 5 at the Olive Branch Cemetery. Elder Eddie Beshear officiated and burial followed at the cemetery.
Infant Crystal died at Hopkins County Hospital Nov. 3.
She is survived by her parents, David and Mildred Cunningham of Madisonville one sister, Karen Cunningham her grandparents, Mr and Mrs Wallace Cunningham and Mr and Mrs Alvin Holmes her great grandparents, Mrs Flara Cunningham and Mrs Lennie Cates and Mr and Mrs Welby Cunningham.
