Antonio was the son of Giovanni Battista and Francesca (nee Imola) Frabotta, both of Italy. He was married to Lucia (nee Minna) of Italy.

Antonio immigrated to the United States in 1910, and became a naturalized citizen.

Antonio was the father of Vincent, Dominic, Giacomo and Gilda, all of Michigan.

In the 1930 US Census Antonio and wife Lucia, were in operation of a boarding home at 3907 Grandy Street in Detroit.

The family can be found in the 1940 US Census, residing at 3171 Alexandrine Street in Detroit. Antonio at this time was employed in an automobile plant as an electric welder.

Neither home the family occupied remains.
