ATHENS, Tenn., Sept.9, --- Funeral for Mrs. Rebecca Firestone, 84, who died in her home in the Friendship community, near the McMinn-Polk County line, was held at Friendship Baptist Church at 11 a.m. today.
Mrs. Firestone who died Tuesday, was the widow of the late Sam Firestone, farmer who died two years ago. Surviving are two brothers, J.L. Davis of Calhoun, Tenn. and Jake Davis of South Carolina.
