Born about 1776. Daughter of Heman Allen and Abigail ("Silas Hathaway to Gen. Ira Allen", Sentinel and Democrat (Burlington, VT] April 22, 1802. The letter states that Heman Allen's will stipulated that two thousand pounds of the debt that Ira Allen owed to Heman be placed in a trust for for Lucinda's education. The interest erned was to be used for Lundinca's "education, &c. &C. till she became of age." Lucinda did not receive the inheritance and Silas indicates hewill take further action to procure it for her.)
