Ronald Stephenson, age 74 years of Dunkinsville, Ohio died Friday, November 23, 2012 at his residence. He was born on September 10, 1938, the son of the late Nelson Orville and Sarah Mae (Dickson) Stephenson in Adams County, Ohio.

Besides his parents, Mr. Stephenson was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Stephenson; brother, Gary Stephenson; and two grandchildren, Rhonda Renee Mahon and Robin Unger.

Survivors include five daughters, Ronda (James) Thacker of Seaman, Sheila (Rick) Unger of West Union, Kimberly (Jr.) Adkins of Lynx, Michelle (Darren) Reynolds of Peebles, Joanie Stephenson and fiancée Lonnie Highfield of Peebles; three sons, Rodney Stephenson of Peebles, Kenny Stephenson of West Union, Rickey (Michelle) Stephenson of Dunkinsville; four sisters Juanita Ward of Blue Creek, Patsy Unger of Wamsley, Joyce Boldman of West Union, Nola McKee of Hillsboro; one brother, Bob Stephenson of West Union; eleven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday Nov. 28, at 10 a.m. at the Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home in West Union. Burial will follow in the Moore's Chapel Cemetery with military graveside service by the Adams County Honor Guard. Visitation will be held Tuesday, Nov. 27, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
