Billy Coy Lowe, 30, of Three Rivers left this life for life eternal on September 30th. He was born on April 15, 1981 in Beeville, Tx. and he spent his entire childhood growing up in Three Rivers. He was a 1999 graduate of Three Rivers High School where he enjoyed playing football for the Bulldogs. After high school, he worked in Austin laying fiber optic cables and he later went to work off-shore for Hercules Off-Shore Drilling Company. Coy was fun loving and a prankster to his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Billy Jack Chandler.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 5th from 5:00p.m-7:00p.m at Brush Country Cowboy Church in George West, Tx. Funeral Service will be conducted on Thursday, October 6th at 10:00 a.m. at Brush Country Cowboy Church in George West, Tx.. Interment will follow at the Three Rivers Cemetery.
