Mrs. Ella B. Arnold, 77, of 433 East Main Street, Fennville, died at 10 p.m. Tuesday in the Lakeview Hospital, Paw Paw. She was born Feb. 28, 1891, in Bravo, Mich., the daughter of Alonzo and Margaret (Hamlin) Whiting. On June 30, 1916 she married Floyd Arnold. He preceded her in death on March 15, 1967. Mrs. Arnold was a member of Fennville Methodist Church. She worked for the Michigan Fruit Canners in Fennville for many years. Until a short time ago she had been a patient in the Berner Nursing Home in Paw Paw. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Elmer (Evelyn) Berglund of Hilton, NY; one sister, Mrs. Frank (Florence) Seely of Grand Junction; three granddaughters and two great-granddaughters. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in the Chappell Funeral Home, Fennville. Pastor Ronald P. Wyse will officiate. Burial will be in Fennville Cemetery.
