Edna L. Wieting, 78, of Rural Route 1, Blackstone, died at 5:30 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 23, 1992, at Heritage Manor Nursing Home.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Hagi-Winterrowd Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Blackstone Cemetery. The Rev. Millie Peters will officiate.
Visitation will be 5-8 p., today at the funeral home.
Born April 27, 1913, in Pontiac, she was the daughter of Clifton and Rose (Henderschott) Crawley. She married Leroy Wieting on Oct. 12, 1932, in Huron, S.D. He died Nov. 21, 1971.
Surviving are a son, Gary Wieting, of Alexandra, Va.; a daughter, Valoy (Rms. Roscoe) Zbinden, of Rural Route 1, Blackstone; nine grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; brothers, Clark Crawley of Amarillo, Texas, and Wayne Crawley of Shorewood; and sisters, Ruth (Mrs. Wayne) Bridges of Elkhorn, Wis., and Alice Beatty of Dwight.
She was preceded in death by a grandson.
A resident of Streator and Blackstone areas most of her life, she was a member of Blackstone United Methodist Church and Blackstone United Methodist Women.
