Anna Lee Helmick, 78, of 500 Carskadon Lane, Keyser, WV, formerly of Burlington, WV, died Friday, March 17, 2006 at the Potomac Valley Hospital, Keyser.
Born on June 15, 1927 at Upper Tract, WV, she was a daughter of the late Luther and Lena Mae (Pennington) Helmick. She also was preceded in death by three brothers, Albert, Howard and Paul Helmick and four sisters, Mabel, Mary and Betty Jo Helmick and Lydia Kesner.
Surviving are three brothers, James Helmick of Brandywine, WV, Luther Junior Helmick of Burlington and Richard Murphy of Ruddle, WV and two sisters, Ella Mae Smith of Keyser and Ruth Helmick of Ruddle. Also surviving are a number of nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Friends were received at the Smith Funeral Home, Burlington Chapel, on Tuesday, March 21 from 6-8 p.m.
Funeral services were conducted at the Smith Funeral Home, Burlington Chapel, on Wednesday, March 22 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Larry Shrout officiating.
Interment was in the Cherry Hill Cemetery, Upper Tract, WV.
