LAFAYETTE, IN - Former resident, Mary Jane Davis Arndt, 61, of St. Petersburg, FL, died at 12:10 AM Sunday, Aug. 12, 1973 in a hospital there, apparently of a heart attack. Born and raised in Lafayette, she was a graduate of Jefferson High School. She was married in Virginia in 1932 to Elbert Arndt, who survives. He is a retired Marine Corps major.

Also surviving are two brothers, George R. Davis of Chicago and Charles M. Davis of Indianapolis; and two sisters, Beulah L. Judy of Irvine, PA and Myrtle Vincent of Lafayette.
