Mr. and Mrs. Bernhard Wiese and family, residing eight miles northwest of the city, mourn the loss of their daughter and sister, Miss Rosa Dorothea Wiese, who passed away last night at the age of 25 years and four months. Miss Wiese had contracted rheumatism in her childhood and again at the age of about 16. These ailments were overcome but each time, it is felt, left the constitution impaired. In August last she was taken ill and the heart was affected. She had been in a hospital in this city for some weeks but became very nervous and pleaded that she be taken home. Every medical attention and assistance possible was provided, but the malady was apparently unconquerable. She leaves to mourn her loss her parents, one brother, Mr. Fred Wiese two sisters, Mrs. Maria Brabender and Miss Martha Wiese, and a large number of other relatives and friends. The funeral will take place from the home tomorrow at 12 o'clock, the Rev. Mr. Schaumann officiating.
