Madison--Frank Garrett, 91, died Saturday at Meridian Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Indianapolis.

He was a retired self-employed painter of signs and billboards and a member of Smyrna-Monroe Presbyterian Church.

Survivors: a son, Dr. Freeman Garrett of Kenner, La.; and a daughter, Marie Baker of Plymouth, Calif.
