Services for Mrs. Ruth M. Lowe, of 2525 S.W. Eightieth St., who died of cirrhosis of the liver Friday at Broadlawns Polk County Hospital, will be at 1 pm Tuesday at Dahlstrom Funeral Home. Burial will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Lowe, a lifelong Des Moines resident, was a retired waitress.
She is survived by a son, Roger L. Webb; three daughters, Mrs. Linda L. Freed, Mrs. Lynette M. Lynch, and Heidi L. Webb, all of Des Moines; a sister, Mrs. Marilyn Travis of Cedar Rapids; five brothers, Alvin Thoren, Elmer Thoren, and LaVerne Thoren all of Des Moines, and Gilbert Thoren and Ralph Thoren, both of Cedar Rapids, and five grandchildren.
