GOSHEN - Eva Elizabeth (Wolf) Penn, 95, of Memphis, Tenn., formerly of Goshen, died at 3:51 a.m. Saturday in Baptist Memorial Hospital, Memphis, after an illness. Survivors include two sons; two sisters, Frances Miller of Goshen and Lois Cowger of Bedford, Va. Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday in Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, where friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today and a half-hour before services.
