Woody was known for his devotion and for his church, the Victorious Life Church of God in Ypsilanti, MI. He enjoyed gardening and yard work in his spare time, traveling, boating near his cottage and most of all, spending time with his beloved grandchildren.
Woody was preceded in death by his wife of 35 years, Ossie Batson in September 1995 and his brothers, Hubert, Eugene, Homer and Carrol.
He is survived by his siblings, Edna of Ypsilanti, MI, Nora of North Carolina, Almeta of North Carolina, son and daughter, Robert and Deborah Mullins of Arizona, Patricia Pender of Florida, grandchildren, Rudy (Sonia) Mazak of Illinois, Robert (Mickie) Mullins of Milan, MI, Shanda of Arizona, great-grand children, Jase Mullins, Tyler and Gabriella Mazak.
