MRS. NANCY PORTER IS CALLED HOME
Respected Resident of Chandlersville Dies of Complication Monday
Mrs. Nancy Porter of Chandlersville died yesterday afternoon at 2 o'clock after a long illness with a complication of diseases. Age may have added to the causes of her death, as she had passed the 73d milestone. She had resided in Chandlersville nearly all her life, and was one of the best known residents. She counted her friends a legion and the news of her death, though not unexpected, was a great shock to them all.
She is survived by one brother, T. B. Parkinson of this city; by two daughters and a step daughter. The daughters are Mrs. Mary Grapes of the Frazeysburg Road and Miss Agnes J. of the home.
The funeral will be held from the Chandlersville M. E. Church at 1 o'clock Wednesday afternoon, Rev. Mr. Taylor officiating. Interment will be made in the Chandlersville Cemetery.
