She was born Nov. 23, 1906, in Comanche. She moved to Lubbock from Slaton in 1992. She was a member of Slaton's Bible Baptist Church. She married Walter W. Bullard on July 12, 1924, in Hamilton. He died July 23, 1992.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include two daughters, Joyce Jones of Lubbock and Lois Miller of Golden, Colo.; a brother, Paul Carrigan of Novato, Calif.; a sister, Hattie Garner of Burnet; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
