Born March 28, 1954 at Mountain Grove, Mo., he was the son of Lloyd Freeman and Ruth Melton Freeman.
Mr. Freeman was a member of St. James United Methodist Church in Bellevue, Nebraska.
He graduated from the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado and served 16 1/2 years in the Air Force. Mr. Freeman was a flight instructor for Offutt Air Force Base Aero Club.
At Steele, Mo. on August 5, 1978 he was united in marriage with Rita Reid.
Mr. Freeman leaves his wife, Mrs. Rita Reid Freeman, of Omaha;
Three sons: Braud Freeman, Jason Freeman, and Dal Freeman, all of the home;
His parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Freeman, of Mountain Grove; and
One sister, Mrs. Darlene Norris, of Bartlett, Tenn.
Funeral services for Mr. Freeman were held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 10, 1993, at the United Methodist Church in Cooter, Mo., with Rev. Tom Zych and Rev. Gene Edwards officiating.
Burial was at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Steele, with arrangements by John W. German Funeral Home of Steele.
Pallbearers were Rick Cooper, Gary Robinson, Steve Robinson, Todd Campbell, Mark Brackin and Jerry Dale Brown.
