Darlington- Regina H. Carpenter, age 61, of Darlington, died on Friday, April 17, 1981, in a Madison hospital after a brief illness. Born in Darlington on Jan. 31, 1920, to Thomas C. and Luella Cassidy Boyle. She was married to Roy Carpenter on April 8, 1940. She was a lifelong resident of Darlington. She was a member of Holy Rosary Church.
She was preceded in death by a son, Michael in 1962. Survivors are her husband, Roy; four daughters, Mrs. Gerald (Sharon) Natvig, Cottage Grove, Mrs. Karen Peterson, Burlington, Mrs. Carol Benson, Darlington, and Miss Lori Carpenter, Platteville; and four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Darlington.
