Darlington- West Allis/Darlington- Helen E. Burchill, age 86, of West Allis, Wisconsin, died on Friday, February 5, 1993, at the Muskego Nursing Home. The former Helen Elizabeth ARmstrong was born April 2, 1906, the daughter of Charles M. and Ada E. (Lameraux) Armstrong. She was married to Richard J. Burchill in 1940. He preceded her in death December 12, 1983. She was a member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church, West Allis, and a former member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Darlington.

Survivors include two daughters, Mary Jo (Robert) Thomson of New Berlin, and Kathleen (Brian) Connolley of Rockhill, South Carolina; her grandchildren, James and Andy Lewandowski, Jody Thomason, and Shannon and Sean Connolley; and a sister, Mercedes Schaumberg of Muskego. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; two brothers, Marvin C. Armstrong, and Harry Armstrong; and six sisters, Mary Ellen Fitzsimons, Monica Judkins, Jospehine Delle; Frances Fitzsimons, Elsie Judkins, and Margaret Meylor.

Mass of Resurrection will be at 11:30 on Monday, February 8, 1993, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Darlington, with Father Tom Coyle officiating. Burial will be at the church cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 pm on Sunday, Feb 7, 1993, at the Steil Camacho Funeral Home, Darlington where a rosary service will be at 8 pm.
