Leslie Crispell, Sr. was vice-president and co-founder of Crispell Bros., Inc. His brothers, Harry T. and Harland Crispell helped him in the development of this transportation business.

He was survived by his wife, Mrs. L. Pauline Winchell Crispell; a daughter, Mrs. Jean Ballard, Ithaca; three sons, Dr. Kenneth Crispell, Charlottesville, Va., Roger Crispell of Birmingham, Mich., and Leslie Crispell, Jr., Slaterville Springs; four brothers, Harry and Harland, Slaterville Springs, Norris Crispell, Dryden, New York and Arthur Crispell of Pompano Beach, Fla.; two sisters, Mrs. Harold Marian, Slaterville Springs and Mrs. Thomas Burns, Brooktondale, New York; nieces and nephews.

Masonic Rites will be given by members of the Caroline Lodge.
