James Oscar Boone is my grandfather. He is not buried in this cemetery. There are 2 Boone Cemeteries. He is buried in the one on the home place. It is also on Pine Log Rd but back up in the field across from the pond. The pond and all that land was his too. Greenstate Landscaping sits where the house and barns were. The cemetery is accessed by a farm road that has always been been called the cemetery drive. I'll have to go back there but I believe others buried in this cemetery are attributed to the other Boone cemetery. They are cousins. Dan Boone is the one who enclosed the one On Pine Log Rd and put the name over it. He was a blacksmith as a hobby. His parents were Dan and Minnie Boone.
