Funeral services for Larry Case, of Bogue Chitto, are 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 18, at Riverwood Family Funeral Service Chapel, with burial in Zion Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Wesson.

Visitation is Tuesday from 5 until 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Case, 72, died Aug. 15, 2010, at his residence. He was born in Mississippi on July 6, 1938, to Thomas T.W. Case Jr. and Mildred Smith Case.

He was a retired oil field worker. He was a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church.

Preceding him in death was his wife, Effie Lee Case; his parents, Thomas T.W. Case Jr. and Mildred Smith Case; and his nephews, Chris and Scott Smith.

Survivors are his sons, Larry "Bo" Case Jr. and Thomas Tracy Case; his daughters, Renea Johnson and husband, Bobby, Linda Calcote and husband, Fred, Tina Leggett, and Anita Callender and husband, Mitch; his sister, Myra Sue Lofton and husband, Johnny; his aunt, Ada Lois Bessonette; his uncles, Allen Smith and Elmer "Hawk" Smith; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be his grandsons, Jeremy Case, Freddy Calcote, Grant Calcote, William Marble, Matthew Leggett and Logan Leggett.
