Gastonia, NC ~ Earle Abernethy Wilfong, 87, was a son of the late John Edwin Wilfong and Lula Pearl Abernethy Wilfong. Mr. Wilfong was a retired Linotype Operator with Loftin Printing Company and a lifelong member of First ARP Church where he was a member of the Grier Bible Class and a former member of the choir. Mr. Wilfong served our country in the US Navy during World War II.
