Reba Jo Swenson was born March 2, 1935. We would say from the words of that song that that's the time the Lord prepared a sanctuary for Reba to come and live in. This was in Jackson County, Tennessee. On November 13, 1991 she passed from this life. This world was no longer her home after that date. She was 56 years, 8 months, and 11 days of age.

Reba attended Central High School in Gainesboro, TN. She married David in April 1956 in Nashville where they resided for two years, later moving to Davenport, IA where they lived until January 1979.
