Became Ill Suddenly At Home On Monday Morning

Isaac Larson, 74, resident of Iron Mountain for 25 years & for the last 11 years employed at the

city building, died late yesterday afternoon in the General Hospital. He became ill suddenly Monday

morning at home, 205 East Fleshiem Street & was taken to the hospital, complaining of reoccurring

pains in his chest.

Born in Bosusland, Sweden, he came to America in 1881 & located in Republic, Mich. A short time

later he came to Iron Mountain, where for 14 years he was employed as a baker, during which time

he conducted his own bakery on West Brown Street.

2 daughters survive: Mrs. R. J. Barrett, Milwaukee & Mrs. A.C. Templeton, Detroit.

Interment will be in Cemetery Park.
