Maxine M. Garrett, 78, of OKC, passed away quietly in her home Thursday, February 19, 2004. She was born in Rush Springs, OK and grew up in Oklahoma City, where she met and married her husband of 59 years. She is survived by her husband Earl E. Garrett; daughters Susan Garrett of OKC and Paula Fleming of Houston, TX; daughter Pat Bouziden of OKC passed away in 2001. She was the loving and caring grandmother of Azure Grillo of New Jersey, Chevis Fleming of Houston, TX and most recetnly great grandmother to 1 year old Gwyneth Grillo of New Jersey. Maxine will be remembered as one who loved to decorate her home and work in her garden. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother and will be missed. A celebration of her life will take place on Monday, February 23, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. at Vondel L. Smith & Son, 13125 N. MacArthur.
