VAL. H. WRIGHT SUDDENLY EXPIRES
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Died of Heart disease While on a Visit to Friends in Richmond, Virginia.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Val. H. Wright a prominent young business man of this city, and a member of the firm of the W. B. Wright Co., expired suddenly Thursday afternoon in Richmond, Va., to which place he had gone some time since on a visit.
Death was due to heart disease and relatives here were immediately notified by wire of the same.
Mr. Wright was popular among all with whom he came in contact. He was worshipful master of Escambia Lodge, No. 15, F. & A. M., and had held that high office in masonic circles for nearly a year.
The deceased had not been ill for any length of time, though his health before his departure was not good, and that was one of the reasons that he left here for Richmond.
W. B. Wright, brother of the deceased, left here yesterday for Richmond to accompany the remains to Pensacola, where interment will be made by the Masonic lodge.
Mr. Wright leaves a large number of relatives and a host of friends to mourn his loss. As yet the date and hour of the funeral has not been announced.
